9 MGM Avamunha Samba – Marracatu Xango

This CD is about carnival music of Brasil and New Orleans I have mixed some of the basic New Orleans Street beats with some Brazilian rhythms. It has been a very enlightening and enjoyable experience. I think our New Orleans music can be mixed with any type of music but for my opinion about which Brasilian rhythm fits best with New Orleans rhythm it would be a rhythm call Ilu for the Orixa Yansa.
